Questions
What are check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 3:00 pm and check-out is by 11:00 am. Early arrival and late departure can be arranged on request, subject to availability.
What is the minimum stay?
The minimum stay is 3 nights. Over Christmas, New Year and Easter, the minimum stay is 5 nights.
How do payment and deposits work?
A 50% deposit confirms your reservation, and the balance is due 60 days before arrival. Bookings made within 60 days of arrival are paid in full. A $1,000 security deposit is collected before arrival and refunded after check-out, less any damages. Government taxes apply.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancel 60 or more days before arrival (90 or more days for festive dates) for a full refund of your deposit. After that, payments are non-refundable, so we recommend travel insurance.
What happens if a hurricane is forecast?
If an official hurricane warning is issued for the Turks and Caicos Islands during your travel dates, we will work with you to move your stay to new dates.
Is the villa suitable for children?
Children of all ages are welcome. Children must be supervised around the pool and terraces at all times.
How do we get from the airport?
Expedited service through immigration and baggage pick-up is included. The villa is a 20-minute drive from Howard Hamilton International Airport.
